You may use the designs at StitchClub for personal use or to embroidery on goods you sell. You cannot distribute the design file for free or sale. Designs cannot be offered in any collection for free or sale without written permission from us. You can alter the designs or add to them for the purpose of stitching them on finished products. You can not alter the designs or add to them and claim them as your own.
For commercial use: You may use each embroidered designs up to 150 times per year on finished goods. If you are not sure if you are in violation of this policy, please contact us.
If you do not follow the simple copyright guidelines, your membership will be terminated and no refunds will be given.
FELT FOODS POLICY
These designs can be used for personal use or on finished items that you give away. They cannot be sold for profit without an additional use license. This is to protect both A Stitch Club and our customers. If you would like to purchase an additional use license in order to sell your finished products, please contact us. |
